(VOVworld) – The Saudi Arabia-led alliance said in a statement on Sunday that it would invite US experts to participate in an immediate investigation over the Saturday’s funeral airstrike that killed 140 people and injured 525.

The coalition is also willing to provide the investigation team with any data and information related to its military operations, at the incident’s location and the surrounding areas.
Earlier, the insurgent-controlled news site sabanews.net accused Arab’s planes of killing and wounding dozens of people in the funeral of Interior Minister Jalal al-Ruwaishan in southern Sanaa on Saturday.
This is one of the airstrikes with the biggest death toll since Arab coalition launched it airstrikes against Houthi rebel in Yemen last year.
