(VOVworld) - The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit concluded Thursday in Bishkek, the capital city of Kyrgystan, following the ratification of 11 decisions on the 2017 SCO budget, a report on the implementation of multilateral trade and economic cooperation programs, and a financial report on the SCO budget for 2015.

The summit passed decisions on the creation of an SCO development bank, and a list of development projects for the 2017-2021 period. The decisions focused on an action plan for implementing scientific and technical cooperation agreements between the SCO governments for the 2016 to 2020 period. Projects on road development and new structure and staff for the SCO Secretariat were also ratified.
