(VOVworld) - A seminar on communications at sea, and with the country’s islands, as well as border demarcation issues was held in the central province of Quang Tri on Wednesday. Dang Cong Minh, an official from the Central Communications and Training Department, proposed that administrations at all levels step up communications on the issues, and develop effective information campaigns. He says ‘We need to update the content and kinds of communication activities we carry out more regularly. Publications need to focus more on the visual content and by word of mouth. Communications on the Party and Government’s policies on our seas, islands, and borders should be stepped up, especially for ethnic authorities and minority peoples’.
