(VOVworld) – Quang Nam provincial authorities opened a seminar to review 45 years of implementing President Ho Chi Minh’s testament.

Participants underlined the importance of learning and following President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example in line with the practical situations of the locality and agency.

Ngo Van Hung, head of the provincial department of communication and training, said Uncle Ho’s testament was an invaluable historical document crystallizing the essence of his thinking and morality. Through the document, President Ho Chi Minh sent his wishes and belief to the Party, army, people, and future generations.

The testament also features his will and responsibility to the nation, people, and his revolutionary career. It is the guideline for the Party, the entire army, and people to overcome any difficulties and challenges to move forward and gain successes in national liberation, defense, and construction.
