Since last October, the Vietnamese government approved the framework on 8 levels with PhD being the highest level.
Each level is clearly defined with qualifications for learners and compatible to the ASEAN Qualifications Reference Framework (AQRF).
At the seminar, experts of both Vietnam and the UK shared experience in realizing the National Qualifications Framework and creating mechanisms to manage efficiently the quality of the certification.
Participants also looked at Vietnam’s challenges in designing output standards and recommended the next steps for the implementation in Vietnam.
