(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc asked Soc Trang province to conduct judicial reform until 2020 at a working session on Tuesday.

He said it is important to improve the central role of courts and prosecutors, fight corruption and avoid unjust rulings. The same day, during a visit to the province’s Association of Patriotic Monks, he praised the association’s contributions to consolidating national unity. He asked the province to persuade Khmer Buddhist followers to believe in the party and state’s leadership and help the local government build new rural areas.
