South Korean organization supports the blind in Vietnam

Under an agreement signed in Hanoi on Monday, South Korea’s SILOAM center will send teachers to Vietnam to train the blind in massage, Braille printing, and software and technology .
“Last year’s project was a great success. Many blind people in Vietnam have learned massage techniques to earn a living. Textbooks in Braille have been very helpful for blind students, said Dinh Viet Anh, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Blind Association.
