South Sudan clashes kill 170

(VOVWORLD) - Approximately 170 people were killed in fights this week between two Dinka sub-clans in South Sudan, an official said.

MP Dharuai Mabor Teny said that violence in the region has seen over 200 injuries. Clashes between the Rup and Pakam families erupted last week over land ownership.
