(VOVworld) - Spain's Interior Ministry said Wednesday that police arrested two Moroccan brothers suspected of financing the Islamic State. The suspects sent unspecified amounts of money to IS financial managers. The remittances are used to transport militants to different locations.

Spanish police have recently arrested dozens of suspected pro-jihad activists. In May, they arrested 30 Moroccan IS militants, including 10 women. They were accused of supporting terrorism, spreading IS propaganda online, and recruiting young fighters for IS in Spain.
