(VOVworld)- On Friday, the Organizing Board of the Spring Press Festival in Khanh Hoa province presented more than 4,000 press publications to islanders and soldiers on the Truong Sa island.

At the festival, special editions marking the Lunar New Year were introduced. The Organizing Board also presented more than 2,000 publications to local border soldiers.
