(VOVworld) – The HCM city Youth Federation held a spring of love festival on Sunday to present Tet gifts to young people with disabilities and those in difficult circumstances. Young volunteers will wrap 200 square sticky rice cakes to be given to homeless people and poor households. Proceeds from stalls at the festival will be used to buy warm clothes for people in northwestern provinces.
