PM May said London will not ask the EU to discuss increasing sanctions on Russia when the bloc’s leaders meet at a summit on Thursday. The poisoning of Russian former spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia in Salisbury city has escalated tensions between the UK and Russia.
