St. Petersburg’s cooperation with Vietnam’s localities under review

A seminar was held in person and online Wednesday in St. Petersburg, Russia, to review the project "Two centuries of friendship, 20 years of strategic partnership" between Vietnam and Russia.
Speaking at the event, Vice Chairman of Saint-Petersburg’s Legislative Council Nikolai Bondarenko noted the results achieved in organizing joint activities within the project framework.
A total of 43 events was held in 2021, focusing on deepening bilateral cooperation in youth policy, tourism, education, healthcare, economics, trade, humanitarian aid, and archives. Delegates praised St. Petersburg’s efforts to boost cooperation with Vietnam’s localities and expressed hopes that bilateral cooperative projects will be a success, contributing to consolidating and raising the two countries’ comprehensive strategic partnership to the next level.
