(VOVworld) – National Assembly Vice Chairman Phung Quoc Hien worked with the State Audit Office of Vietnam on Tuesday in Hanoi. Mr. Hien said the sector should improve its capacity as an effective tool of the State in the checking, monitoring, and use of public assets. National Assembly Vice Chairman Phung Quoc Hien said: “The auditors should work independently and abide by the law and regulations. All procedures from planning, surveying, auditing, concluding, and post-auditing settlements should be strictly implemented.”
