Over the weekend, many parts of the UK were hit by Storm Dennis, with winds up to 145 km/h and rain up to 150 millimeters. City officials in York have prepared more than 4000 bags of sand as the level of the Rover Ouse River continues to rise. Storm Dennis has claimed a life in South Wales, and caused traffic problems across the UK.
