North-central and northern provinces are forecast to have downpours from Wednesday to Friday.

Authorities of threatened provinces and cities were asked to coordinate with border guards, fisheries, and the transportation sector to ensure the safety of ships at sea and farmers doing aquaculture on islands, to take necessary steps to respond to storms, floods, flash floods, and landslides, and to evacuate people from dangerous areas.
