(VOVworld) - A suicide car bomber struck a vehicle of the European Union Police Mission in Kabul, Afghanistan, on Monday, killing one Afghan civilian and wounding seven. The incident took place several days after NATO ended its 13-year combat mission against the Taliban. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack, the first against a foreign target in Afghanistan in 2015.
