(VOVWORLD) -Tchaikovsky's ballet masterpiece “Swan Lake” will grace the stage of the Hanoi Opera House once more after five years on June 14, 15, and 16 with a new look, featuring a talented cast of ballerinas, said the Vietnam National Opera & Ballet.

Meritorious Artist Luu Thu Lan will choreograph and base the new version on the original ballet by Russian choreographers Petipa and Ivanov.
The performance will feature generations of Vietnamese ballet dancers: Meritorious Artist Pham Thu Hang, Meritorious Artist Van Nam, artist Duc Hieu, and young artists Lan Nhi, Lan Chi, Khanh Bang, and Tuan Anh.
Conductor Dong Quang Vinh and more than 60 musicians from the Symphony Orchestra of the Vietnam National Opera & Ballet will play the music.
Costumes will be designed and made by Atelier Yoshino Group of Japan, along with fashion designer Ellie Vu, adding the splendor of the work.
