Syria opposition refuses to attend Sochi talks
(VOVWORLD) -The Syrian opposition will not attend a peace conference in Russia next week, a spokesman said on Saturday, according to the Syrian Negotiations Commission's (SNC) official Twitter account.

The comments came after the 9th round of peace talks hosted by the United Nations in Vienna. Before the SNC announcement, UN officials said they were still "evaluating the situation" before making a decision as to whether to attend the Sochi talks.
