(VOvworld)- Syrian government and opposition agreed on a three-day ceasefire so civilians can evacuate the Syrian city of Homs and supplies of humanitarian aid reach those who choose to remain. Russia said that it was part of a "landmark" deal to facilitate the next round of talks due in Geneva next Monday. First convoys of staple goods were to arrive in Homs on Saturday.
