(VOVWORLD) - The Taliban will allow Afghanis and citizens of a number of countries to leave Afghanistan after August 31, a joint statement said Sunday.

Afghanis with proper documents and foreigners from more than 100 countries including the US, the UK, and France will be allowed to leave Afghanistan in a safe and orderly manner.
The Taliban have already appointed a number of leaders in its new system. Spokesperson Zabiullah Mujahid said the movement will finalize its new government in two weeks.
