The statement came as the Taliban government accelerates efforts to open Afghanistan’s market and gain international acceptance.
Some humanitarian aid and passenger flights are operating, but commercial transport services have not resumed since Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul was closed while tens of thousands of foreigners and Afghans were being evacuated from Afghanistan.
The airport was later reopened with the help of technical experts from Qatar and Turkey.
