(VOVworld) – The Tan Vien Mountain Saint festival and Ba Vi Tourism Year open in Ba Vi district on Sunday. The festival honors Saint Tan Vien Tinh, one of the four immortals in Vietnam’s folk tale.

Ba Vi district has invested in upgrading infrastructure, restoring historical, cultural relic sites and traditional festivals, and promoting natural scenic spots for tourism development. It aims to welcome 2.6 million tourists in 2016 to earn 250 billion VND.
