The winners had exceptional achievements in information technology, digital transformation and automation, pharmaceutical technology, biotechnology, environmental technology, and new material technology.

Awardee Dr. Luong Van Thien, a lecturer at Phenikaa University, told VOV that during 5 years working in the UK, he saw many new studies, including applying AI to the optimal design of 5G and 6G telecommunications networks.

“When I returned to Vietnam, I extended my research to other fields and applied it in businesses and hospitals. An AI solution that analyzes the immune system for doctors is one example. It makes the most timely and accurate diagnoses without giving too many parameters, which wastes time, effort and resources,” he said. 

On this occasion, the Vietnam Female Science and Technology Student Award was presented to 20 female students with excellent academic achievement and articles published in prestigious journals.
