(VOVworld) – Thailand’s King on Sunday approved the list of new cabinet members submitted by Prime Minister General Prayuth Chan-ocha.

The new cabinet includes 32 members including 5 deputy prime ministers. The deputy prime ministers are Prawit Wongsuwan, a former defense minister and chief advisor to the military junta, Tanasak Patimapakorn, supreme commander and deputy junta chief, Pridiyathorn Devakula, a former deputy Prime Minister, Yongyuth Yutthawong, a former science and technology minister and Wissanu KreaNgam, a former deputy Prime Minister. Ministries of Justice, Commerce, Transport, Natural Resources and Environment, Labor and Education are headed by police and army generals and officials. On the same day, General Prayuth Chan-ocha sworn in as Thailand’s interim Prime Minister.
