(VOVworld)-The National Assembly Standing Committee met on Saturday to comment on proposals to improve the legislative body’s performance and working agenda for the upcoming session.

The National Assembly is to review a dozen of draft laws and specialized reports on social economic and state budget issues. Delegates asked for a separate report by the government on the enforcement of laws and its socio-economic impact. Deputy Chairman of Vietnam Fatherland Front, Nguyen Van Pha: “I ask the government to send to National Assembly deputies reports on anti-corruption and review on 5-year socio-economic development. The Prime Minister has chaired a national online meeting on complaints and denunciation, whose report will be useful for deputies during discussion.”
