Drastic measures will be implemented to deal with bad debts and inefficient banks, while developing the private economic sector and mobilising resources from this sector for development investment. The Government will continue giving priority to make it easier for enterprises to expand production and business, he said, adding that the disbursement of investment sources will be accelerated for both state-owned and private economic sectors.

He told the media that the Government Office has launched a system to receive and give feedback to citizens’ petitions and recommendations related to policies and administrative procedure processing at http://nguoidan.chinhphu.vn.

As part of efforts to realise the Government’s determination to build an incorruptible, facilitating, and action-oriented Government that works to serve people, the system is an interactive information channel between the government and people. Through the system, State administrative agencies at all levels will receive and give replies to petitions and recommendations in each area and management level, while collecting administrative reform proposals and initiatives, in order to build an effective and synchronous State administrative management system.
