(VOVworld) – The Islamic State has officially claimed responsibility for carrying out coordinated attacks in Paris on Friday. In a statement released in multiple languages, IS said it wants to let France know that they will remain on the top of the list of targets of the Islamic State.

The statement added that the attacks were in response to airstrikes against IS and insults to Islam's prophet. French President Francoise Holland has accused IS for the attacks in Paris, killing 129 people and injured hundreds of others.
