Addressing the event, which also reviewed the 55 years of implementing President Ho Chi Minh’s Testament, the top leader asked the municipal Party Committee and the Party Committee of the Department of Public Security to maintain their good performance in Party building and rectification, and work harder in the corruption combat and administrative reform.

He urged HCM City to promote the “All people safeguarding security” movement and the engagement of the entire political system and all people in protecting security and order to build a civilized, modern, innovative and creative city, while taking breakthrough solutions to grow more strongly, becoming an economic, financial and service center of Asia, and an attractive destination of the world, with its development on par with major urban areas globally.
