At the training course’s opening ceremony on Thursday, Associate Professor Huynh Dang Chinh, deputy head of the Hanoi University of Science and Technology, said Project 06 on digitizing population, identification, and electronic authentication data for national digital transformation in the 2022-2025 period, with a vision to 2030, has been effective.

The project has benefited people and businesses, contributed to curbing negativity and corruption, saved money and time, created a foundation for providing online public services, and promoted the development of digital government, a digital economy, and a digital society. Mr. Chinh said training high-quality human resources specialized in IT is key to implementing the Government’s Resolution on developing a National Data Center.

“Hanoi University of Science and Technology will work with the Ministry of Public Security on training high-quality human resources to implement Project 06. I hope that after this initial cooperation, we will open more courses to provide high-quality human resources to operate the National Data Center, which is expected to be in operation by 2025,” said Chinh.

The training program includes data science, security, infrastructure, system administration, and artificial intelligence.
