(VOVworld) – The Tran Temple stamp distribution ceremony was held in Nam Dinh City on Sunday night, the 14^th night of the first lunar month. Head of the Tran Temple management board Nguyen Xuan Hoat said that during last year’s ceremony, approximately 40,000 papers stamped with the holy royal seal were distributed to festival goers.
