Tropical storm Nida moving west-northwest toward the East Sea on July 31

(VOVworld) – The National Weather Forecast Center predicts that tropical storm Nida far eastern portion of the Philippines would change its direction toward west-northwest with wind speed of 20 km/hr. It is expected to head to north of the Ludong island on the upper Philippines on July 31. The tropical storm will cause severe waves and gusts at level 8 to 10 in the northwestern part of the East Sea. Natural disaster risk is placed at level 3.
