Trump urges Kim to seize opportunity to transform North Korea through denuclearization
(VOVWORLD) - US President Donald Trump on Monday urged North Korean leader Kim Jong-un to transform North Korea through denuclearization, saying “only bad” can happen with nuclear weapons.

At a joint press conference with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe following their summit in Tokyo, Trump said he hopes Chairman Kim will seize the opportunity to transform his country through denuclearization. It is a country with tremendous economic and other potentials, said the US president.
Trump stressed North Korea’s growth potential and geographical advantages in a renewed call for Kim to take substantive denuclearization steps.
