Mr. Guven said "almost 100 percent" of the ballots cast had been counted. Votes cast by expatriate voters at 41 border crossings were still being processed. Over 50 million votes were cast in the elections — more than 26 million of them in favor of Erdogan, he added.
Previously, Mr. Guven confirmed President Erdogan’s victory, stating that his AKP Party had received 42.4% of the votes counted.
