(VOVworld) – The joint management committee of the Kaesong inter-Korean industrial complex held a fifth round of talks on Thursday. The talks  included a plenary session and a meeting between the delegation chiefs. Pyongyang clarified its stance on what must be done to normalize activities at the industrial complex, which is located on the border of two Koreas. No details of the talks have been released.
