Ukraine arrested Frenchman plotting terror attacks on Euro 2016
(VOVworld) – The Head of the Security Service of Ukraine SBU Vasily Gritsak said Monday that Ukraine arrested a Frenchman on the Ukrainian border with Poland.

The suspect plotted terrorist attacks at several places in France during the EURO 2016 football tournament, targeting Muslim and Jewish churches, and French administrative offices. The SBU security agency said the unidentified man had 125 kg of TNT explosives, 100 detonators, and 20 veils to prepare for 15 attacks during the EURO 2016. He had contacted legal armed groups to purchase weapons and explosives.
