(VOVworld) -  Kiev promises to spare no effort in implementing its peace plan in eastern Ukraine. Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko made the remarks during a Sunday media briefing on the crisis in southeast Ukraine, stating that the region needs peace and there is no conflict between the President, Parliament, and government. He added that Kiev needed to improve border security and the military situation if the peace plan fails.
