Ukraine ready to receive Russian humanitarian aid conditionally
(VOVworld) – The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday that it would receive Russia’s second humanitarian aid convoy if Kiev’s conditions were fulfilled.

Kiev also asked the Russian convoy to go through a border gate before entering Ukraine’s territory under the supervision and distribution of the International Committee of the Red Cross. Russia’s Foreign Ministry informed Ukraine last Sunday about a plan to transporting a second humanitarian aid package to the battlefields in eastern Ukraine. The Kiev and Western governments suspected Russia of providing the opposition force in eastern Ukraine with weapons, disguised within the convoy, while Russia’s Defense Ministry continually rejected these allegations.
