Ukraine's position at talks with Russia unchanged, says negotiator
(VOVWORLD) - Ukraine's position at peace talks with Russia remains unchanged, Ukrainian negotiator David Arakhamia said on Telegram Tuesday, adding the Ukrainian side adheres to the Istanbul Communique.

The only difference is that the Ukrainian side does not take into account all the additional issues that originally were not included in the Istanbul Communique, which may have led to a misinterpretation of the current state of the negotiation process, said Arakhamia, who led the March 29 peace talks in Istanbul.
Negotiations on security guarantees for Ukraine are continuing online, he added.
Earlier the same day, Russian President Vladimir Putin said Ukraine had changed its stance from last month's peace talks in Istanbul. Putin blamed Ukraine’s inconsistency for slowing down the negotiation process, adding that Russia will carry on its military operation in Ukraine to accomplish all its tasks until the two sides come to an agreement.
