Referring to the possibility of EU sanctions against Ukraine, he said the EU wishes to support a political dialogue now. EU Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Stefan Fule will come to Kiev today to try to fulfil the EU’s wish. Meanwhile, clashes in Kiev are grinding to a standstill to await the results of the 2nd negotiation between Yanukovych and the opposition.
