(VOVworld) – Jeffrey Feltman, the UN Under-Secretary-General for Political Affairs, has expressed concern that both sides involved in the conflict in eastern Ukraine are violating international law.

In a report to the UN Security Council,  Mr. Feltman said both Ukraine government troops and rebel forces in Donbass have suffered losses in northern Donetsk. He said at least 4 people were killed and many houses and schools were destroyed in this area. The UN asked all parties to ease fire and seek peaceful measures to deal with the situation based on the Minsk deal.
