The panel is composed of the same 15 countries that sit on the Security Council. The request to the experts was made Friday in a closed door meeting of the committee.
France, Estonia, Ireland, Norway, and Britain, members of the council, have asked for a session Tuesday.
DPRK's official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) said the two new tactical guided missiles, which can follow irregular trajectories at a low altitude, "accurately hit the target set in the waters 600 kilometers off the east coast of Korea." It was the second launch in a week.
