(VOVworld) –State Department spokesman John Kirby on Wednesday rejected Russian spokesman Dmitry Peskov’s claim that dialogue between the US and Russia is frozen.

Kirby said the US is confused by that statement, insisting that dialogue is not broken, although the US has disagreements with Russia on a variety of issues. He said there are numerous issues where dialogue between the US and Russia is important, and Washington remains committed to that dialogue.
