With this aid, the US Agency for International Development (USAID) will increase efforts to address urgent needs of communities affected by the historic storms and floods in Vietnam in October. USAID’s partners, including the Vietnam Red Cross Society, are helping affected families with food, shelter, water, and sanitation and assisting them to resume production.
