US reluctance to lift all Iran sanctions the main obstacle to reviving JCPOA: Iran official
(VOVWORLD) - The reluctance of the US to lift all sanctions on Iran is the main challenge to reviving the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) signed in 2015, a senior Iranian official said on Sunday.

The unnamed official was quoted by Iran's Tasnim news agency as saying that he believes that a deal is within reach if the European parties show more flexibility and political will in the talks.
Negotiations to revive the JCPOA will resume in the middle of next week in Vienna, Austria, after being postponed last Friday.
Participants in the new round of negotiations will include the UK, China, France, Germany, and Russia. The US will attend indirectly through the mediation of the European Union.
