US to release Middle East peace plan after Israeli elections
(VOVWORLD) - US President Donald Trump said on Sunday he would likely wait until after Israel's September 17 elections to release his peace plan to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict that was designed by White House senior adviser Jared Kushner.

The peace plan, called the “deal of the century” includes economic and political considerations and has been put together by the US over the past 2 years. The economic side of the plan would see a 50 billion USD investment package for the Palestinians and the wider region.
On June 25, the US officially started the 50 billion USD investment package, saying that promoting investment in Palestine was a prerequisite condition to end the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
The Trump administration has yet to announce the political part of the peace plan.
