US vows justice for murdered Saudi Arabian journalist
(VOVWORLD) - US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has emphasized that the United States would hold all of those involved in the killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi accountable and that Saudi Arabia must do the same, according to a statement issued by the State Department.

Mr. Pompeo had a phone conversation with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman regarding the death of journalist Jamal Khashoggi on Sunday.
Khashoggi, journalist and columnist for The Washington Post, was killed after he entered the Saudi consulate in Istanbul, Turkey, on October 2. He had lived in self-imposed exile in the US since September 2017.
