Venezuelan President willing to talk to opposition leader
(VOVWORLD) - Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro said on Friday that he is ready to sit down with the opposition leader Joan Guaido who proclaimed himself acting Venezuelan President to resolve the ongoing political crisis.

President Nicolas Maduro told reporters that dialogue channels are always open despite coup attempts or foreign interventions, adding that it’s only possible through dialogue and diplomacy to find solutions to conflicts.
Russia on Friday offered to mediate between the government and opposition in Venezuela if necessary, saying it was ready to cooperate with all political forces that acted responsibly, the RIA news agency reported.
