VFF meeting promotes patriotism, national unity
The Viet Nam Fatherland Front’s Central Committee has wrapped up its fourth meeting in Ho Chi Minh City. The conference issued a resolution on Thursday to appeal Vietnamese people at home and abroad to promote patriotism and national unity in socio economic development and national defense. The Fatherland Front President, Huynh Dam, was addressing the closing session: “This year, the Fatherland Front at all levels will continue its contribution to Party building and socialist state ruled by law through successful implementation of party resolutions.”
The participants agreed on changes in the personnel organization of the Fatherland Front, which now has 356 members at its Central Committee.
