Vice State President Nguyen Thi Doan granted the 1st Class Independence Order to the University of Foreign Languages

She praised the importance of foreign languages learning in international integration and called for a higher standard of learning and teaching up to international level: “The school should renovate training curriculum and teaching methods towards more practices of fundamental skills. It should help the Ministry of Education and Training in appraisal and evaluation of English competency among teachers and students in various schools.”
